Culture at the river’s edge
A shaded public spine links galleries, studios, a library, and a river terrace. The building remains porous at ground level, extending the life of the street into a civic interior.
Terracotta screens filter western light and give the centre a changing presence across the day. Its construction is organized in repeatable bays to support local fabrication and phased delivery.
